Vinod Savio is Chief Creative Officer, DDB Group Singapore

DDB Group Singapore has appointed Vinod Savio as Chief Creative Officer (CCO) sigifying a strategic move to elevate DDB’s creative prowess and technological capabilities the agency said.

For Savio, the former Executive Creative Director at Toaster, this marks a return to DDB following a previous eight-year tenure. In his new role as CCO, he will lead the development of next-generation creative skills, expand DDB’s regional client base, and solidify Singapore’s position as a hub for global clients.

“Under his visionary leadership, Toaster rose to become the APAC region’s leading digital specialist agency, expanding its creative and digital footprint across Southeast Asia and India,” DDB said in a release, adding “His influence was instrumental in shaping Google’s marketing landscape in the APAC and India regions.”

With nearly two decades in the industry, Savio’s collaborations with esteemed clients such as Google, McDonald’s, Unilever, and Johnson & Johnson have earned him prestigious industry awards, including Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, Effies, and Spikes Asia.

“His return to the DDB family is set to usher in a new era of advertising where creativity and technology converge to deliver exceptional results,” the agency said.
