Radico Khaitan has declared that ‘Rampur Asava Indian Single Malt Whisky’ has clinched the title of Best World Whisky in the esteemed 2023 John Barleycorn Awards.
Renowned for honoring excellence in the spirits industry, The John Barleycorn Awards have acknowledged the outstanding quality and distinctive attributes of Rampur Asava Indian Single Malt Whisky. What sets Rampur apart is its innovative approach to the aging process, which stands out among other global whiskies. The Himalayan climate, characterized by extreme seasonal variations, imparts a unique flavor, enhanced by the renowned Indian Summer, providing Rampur with additional dimensions and depth. The interaction between the malt and the cask is extensive, leading to maturation nearly four times faster than the traditional process in Scotland.
