Priyanka Agrawal, who exited Dentsu One as CSO, Fractal Ink and Managing Partner, CX consulting almost a year ago, has joined Punt Partners Co-founder. After exiting Dentsu, she had started an innovation consulting practice ‘Forward Slash’ focused on digital transformation for Fortune 500 companies in the US. At Punt Partners, she will focus primarily on the North America market.
Agrawal had been part of Fractal Ink from inception in 2010. It joined the Dentsu group in 2016. In an earlier role, Agrawal had worked in London in design roles at The Daily Mail Group Trust .
Agrawal, said, “I had been avidly following Punt’s journey from inception as a well-wisher and cheerleader having known (late) Sidharth (Rao) over the last six years. We had spoken many times as Sid and Madhu (Sudhan) brainstormed with me about the role of transformation conversations in successful CX outcomes. I felt strongly that the Punt journey as envisaged is a great opportunity to leverage technology, data and design for great outcomes for brands.”
