Tgthr Introduces its Creative Leadership Structure, onboards Anadi Sah, Anirudh Venugopal, Vibhor Yadav, Pragati Rana as Founding Partners

tgthr, the innovative full-funnel agency founded by Aalap Desai, has unveiled its new creative leadership structure, appointing industry stalwarts from ex-Dentsu: Anadi Sah, Vibhor Yadav, Pragati Rana, and Anirudh Venugopal as Founding Partners, constituting the creative leadership of tgthr.

Anadi Sah – National Creative Director, Chief Innovation Officer & Founding Partner, tgthr

With over 100 brands under his belt, Sah has spearheaded pioneering industry innovations and comprehensive campaigns across various platforms for brands like BMW, Reebok, Philips, KIA, Incredible India, Mortein, and Vedantu. Previously with isobar for 13 years, he solidified its position as a creative force in India. Sah will oversee tgthr’s national creative direction and drive groundbreaking innovation for brands as the Chief Innovation Officer.

Vibhor Yadav – Regional Creative Officer – North and South, & Founding Partner, tgthr

A seasoned creative professional, Yadav has significantly influenced brand development for names such as Royal Enfield, Maruti, ICICI, Marks & Spencer, Bira, adidas, American Express, Mortein, and Dabur. With a decade-long tenure at isobar, he consistently fused creativity with a solution-focused approach. Yadav will steer creative strategies for two key regions as the Regional Creative Officer for North & South.

Pragati Rana – Regional Creative Officer – West, Head of Originals & Founding Partner, tgthr

Rana brings a blend of advertising expertise and client-side experience, having contributed to strategy, account management, creativity, and content for major brands like P&G, Unilever, MTV, Tata, Honor, and ASUS. Recognized with Adgully’s Women Disruptor Award in 2019, she will lead the West region’s creative initiatives and spearhead the long-form storytelling content vertical as Head of Originals.

Anirudh Venugopal – Senior Creative Director, Head of Culture and Founding Partner, tgthr

An expert in both traditional and digital realms, Venugopal’s youthful vigor has steered brands like VICE, Battlegrounds Mobile India, Hershey’s, ASUS ROG, Acko, and Marks & Spencer to success. His accolades include Facebook Thumbstoppers and Impact 30 under 30, with representation for India at the Asian Federation of Advertising Agencies’ ‘Fast Track Program’ in Malaysia. In his role, he will be a driving force at tgthr, playing a pivotal role in shaping its creative culture.
