Frances Ralston-Good is Global Chief Operating Officer, EssenceMediacom

EssenceMediacom has appointed Frances Ralston-Good  Global Chief Operating Officer replacing Josh Krichefski who recently joined GroupM as EMEA and UK CEO. Ralston-Good joined MediaCom as Global Account Lead for P&G in 2019. She was later promoted to Global Client President before becoming Chief Transformation Officer as part of the combined leadership team announced in April last year.

Prior to joining MediaCom, Ralston-Good held leadership roles at Hearts & Sciences, Omnicom Media Group and PHD. As COO, she will expand on her responsibilities as CTO, the agency said adding that she will continue to offer senior leadership across EssenceMediacom’s worldwide client base.

“Frances has been a vital part of the combined leadership team that has built our offer and positioning as EssenceMediacom over the last few months. She brings huge knowledge to the role, including a deep understanding of client needs having worked with many of our crucial advertiser partners in the last few years,” said Nick Lawson, Global CEO of EssenceMediacom.

Ralston-Good added: “I am hugely excited to be taking on this role and ensuring that our operations in every market deliver on our breakthrough promise. We believe that our teams can make a real difference for our clients, helping them seamlessly manage the right balance between performance and brand within one pioneering agency network.”

She will continue to serve as the senior media strategy lead for WPP OpenX, the bespoke agency team created for The Coca-Cola Company.
