Commemorative KFC Bucket Design Marks Milestone of 600 Restaurants in India

KFC commemorates the brand’s milestone of 600 stores across India with designing the brand’s renowned chicken bucket in a very unique yet creative way. KFC approached Studio Colico to take the lead and creatively transform the iconic chicken buckets into representations of Jaipur, Darjeeling, Cuttack, and Coochbehar, capturing the essence of each city.

Rather than just meeting the challenge, they embraced it wholeheartedly. Drawing profound inspiration from the vibrant spirit defining these cities, the team meticulously incorporated cultural elements into the bucket transformation process. Darjeeling’s toy trains and momos, Cuttack’s flavorful Dahi Vada, Coochbehar’s regal palace, and Jaipur’s traditional puppets and Hawa Mahal were intricately woven into the bucket canvas. This strategic approach aimed to elevate the buckets beyond their conventional role, making them vibrant representations of India’s diverse culture and flavors.

The result was a visually captivating and culturally rich collection of chicken buckets, each uniquely expressing the city it represented. This initiative not only brought a creative flair to KFC’s branding but also served as a joyful celebration of the diversity and uniqueness inherent in Indian culture and cuisine.
