Following a competitive creative pitch, independent agency Supermassive has been appointed by Cover-More – Australiaโs leading travel insurance provider – as its new strategic and creative partner.

Hitting the ground running, Supermassive is already underway with developing a major new brand campaign, due in market in December 2025.
As well as strategic and creative duties, Supermassive will also drive Cover-Moreโs social and influencer activity, as well as activating the brandโs partnership with the NRL, helping Aussie fans worry less on their overseas travels.
Supermassive Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer Jon Austin says: โItโs such an interesting time in the travel category, and Cover-More are well and truly leaning in. They understand the need for work that creates disproportionate impact in an attention era, and from the very first conversation, we felt genuinely aligned with Steve, Sam and Chrisโ ambition to connect with audiences through meaningful, interesting, attention-grabbing ideas. Weโre only a month or so in, but our creative runway is already jam-packed.โ
Steve Webster, Head of Brand & Partner Marketing at Cover-More Travel Insurance, said: โWe were looking for a partner who could bring energy, creativity, and cultural cut-through to our marketing. From the first meeting, Supermassive impressed us with their compelling strategic thinking and bold approach to creativity, which extended from traditional channels to decidedly un-traditional ones. Theyโre the perfect partner to help us take Cover-Moreโs โwe care more, so you can worry lessโ platform to new levels.โ
The Cover-More win continues a run of momentum for Supermassive, following a series of new business appointments in 2025; a string of high profile international awards including a Titanium Shortlist at Cannes, Grands Prix at AdFest and Spikes, the Sustainable Development Goals Award at One Show, which saw them ranked Australiaโs #2 Independent Agency and in the Top 20 Global Independent Agencies in the One Show Creative Rankings; and their recent recognition as โPR Agency of the Yearโ at the Mumbrella Awards.
