Xiaomi is India’s number one smartphone and smart TV brand. Paladhi will be responsible for managing public relations and 360-degree communication narratives along with internal and external communications for Xiaomi. Paladhi, a communication professional, has both agency and brand side experience. She has previously worked in agencies like Genesis Burson Marstellar and MSL group where she had created award-winning traditional and new-media campaigns for brands, such as Logitech, Rovio, Micromax, YU Televentures, HONOR, and KAYAK among others.
