INVNT, the global live brand storytelling agency, has announced the appointment of two seasoned industry leaders to its growing regional leadership team: Darren Vaughan as Director of Production, Australia, and Stephen Davey as Executive Producer.

These appointments underscore INVNT’s continued commitment to creative excellence and operational innovation as the agency expands across the Asia-Pacific region. The company has recently delivered standout brand experiences for clients such as Xero, Netflix, SAP, ByteDance, and produced this year’s AFC Asian Cup Draw Ceremony.
Darren Vaughan brings over 30 years of experience in media and live event production, having held senior roles at Fourth Wall, Limelight Events and drv creative. He has led award-winning campaigns for major brands including Penfolds, Microsoft, Australia Post, Walt Disney Company, Toyota, and Cadbury. His deep understanding of brand strategy, production, and client service will enhance INVNT’s creative and operational capabilities across Australia.
Stephen Davey, appointed as Executive Producer, is renowned for delivering high-impact, large-scale event experiences. He has played a pivotal role in producing both live and televised events for the National Rugby League (NRL), including a decade-long creative partnership on the State of Origin series and the NRL Grand Final. Most recently, he led the production of the 2025 NRL Grand Final in Sydney, supported by members of the INVNT team. The event featured a show-stopping performance by Teddy Swims, which captivated the stadium audience and set new broadcast viewership records.
These appointments coincide with the promotion of Fiona Pullen to Vice President of Production, APAC, following her impactful tenure as Head of Production. Her elevation reflects INVNT’s focus on cultivating talent from within while maintaining best-in-class production standards as the team continues to grow.
