Havas India elevates Jaibeer Ahmad to the Chief Transformation & Growth Officer

Havas India has promoted Jaibeer Ahmad, formerly the Managing Partner – North at Havas Worldwide India, to the position of Chief Transformation & Growth Officer. In this newly established role within India, Ahmad will formulate transformative strategies, fostering business expansion through integration and collaboration across all 18 Havas India agencies.

Based in Gurgaon, Ahmad brings substantial experience and an impressive track record to his new role, reporting directly to Rana Barua, Group CEO of Havas India, South East Asia & North Asia (Japan & South Korea).

Havas’ unique Village model and unparalleled integration offerings have been a distinguishing factor globally, demonstrating success in various markets, including Paris, London, North America, Spain, Portugal, and the UAE. The network is committed to cultivating the same expertise in India, with Ahmad at the helm.

A highly regarded and seasoned industry professional, Ahmad joined Havas Worldwide India in December 2022, leaving an indelible mark as the Managing Partner – North. Under his leadership, the agency secured significant accounts and attracted renowned clients, solidifying Havas India’s market position. Recognized for his business growth expertise, Ahmad played a pivotal role in driving new business growth in the North India market for Havas Worldwide India. He successfully managed major accounts for the agency, such as Reckitt, Suzuki 2 Wheelers, Dabur, and IFB, while also acquiring marquee clients like Mamaearth, IFB, Badshah, Blinkit, IQOO, among others. His contributions significantly impacted brand strategy, creative development, and overall revenue expansion.

With over 23 years of experience in advertising and marketing brand-building, Ahmad has held leadership positions for the past 12 years, during which time, he has significantly contributed to brand strategy, creative development, new business acquisition, overall revenue growth, and team mentoring. Ahmad has extensive experience spearheading integrated marketing campaigns for prominent international, start-up, and domestic brands. His primary strength lies in driving business growth which also reflected in the growth of Havas Worldwide India in the north market.
