HUL ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES: SRINANDAN SUNDARAM TO HEAD UNILEVER INTERNATIONAL, VANDANA SURI TAKES OVER HOME CARE

HUL announces leadership changes effective Jan 1, 2026. Srinandan Sundaram moves to Unilever International as CEO, while Vandana Suri joins as Executive Director, Home Care, bringing expertise from premium laundry and skin care, strengthening HUL’s leadership and driving growth.

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced key leadership changes, effective January 1, 2026. Srinandan Sundaram, currently Executive Director, Home Care, will move to Unilever International as CEO. Vandana Suri will join the HUL Management Committee as Executive Director, Home Care, bringing expertise from premium laundry and skin care.

Sundaram drove growth and market share gains in Home Care during his nine years on the Management Committee. Suri returns to HUL with expertise from premium laundry, skin care premiumization in India, and GM role for Beauty & Wellbeing in Indonesia.

CEO Priya Nair praised both leaders, highlighting Suri’s consumer insights and ability to lead diverse teams. “Vandana brings deep understanding of consumers, markets, and ecosystems. She has led diverse, multicultural teams to drive high performance,” Nair said.

These shifts signal continued focus on high-performance in FMCG home care amid global expansions. Suri’s appointment strengthens HUL’s leadership bench and positions the Home Care business for growth.

Sundaram’s appointment as CEO of Unilever International is a key role, responsible for driving Unilever’s brands into new markets and channels. Suri’s appointment brings expertise and experience to drive growth in Home Care.
