Caroline So Appointed Head of Account Management at We Are Social Singapore

We Are Social Singapore has announced the appointment of Caroline So as its new Head of Account Management. In her role, So will oversee the agencyโ€™s account teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of We Are Socialโ€™s core offerings. She is tasked with driving organic growth across existing client accounts, spearheading new business initiatives, and refining operational models to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.

With a focus on fostering strong client relationships and aligning the agencyโ€™s expertise with client goals, So will play a critical role in advancing We Are Socialโ€™s reputation for innovation and impact in the social and digital marketing space. She will report directly to Managing Director Nai Yen Wang, contributing to the agencyโ€™s leadership and strategic direction. Soโ€™s appointment highlights We Are Socialโ€™s commitment to strengthening its account management capabilities and delivering exceptional results for its diverse portfolio of clients.

Relocating from Shanghai So brings more than two decades of experience leading blue chip accounts and high-performing teams in Hong Kong and China at agencies including Monks, DDB, Lowe, and McCann. She has also held several senior leadership roles at both network and independent agencies.

So has deep experience working with clients across various industries including FMCG, retail, beauty & personal care, automotive, and technology. Over the course of her career, she has worked with brands such as Burberry, Tiffany & Co., PayPal, Volvo, ABinBev, Estee Lauder, Lโ€™Oreal, Nestlรฉ and Unilever.
