Radio City Unveils New Leadership Structure to Power Regional Growth and Digital Expansion 

Radio City has announced a new leadership structure to strengthen regional operations, boost innovation, and drive growth across FM, digital, and branded content. Key leaders—Alok Saxena, Vinodan P, Mahendra Menezes, and Lochan Kothari—take expanded roles under CEO Abe Thomas, as the company focuses on integration, creativity, and hyper-local engagement.  

In a strategic move to strengthen its regional presence and accelerate growth across platforms, Radio City has announced a refreshed leadership architecture aimed at driving sharper market strategies, operational agility, and innovation across its FM, digital, and branded content divisions.

The new framework, unveiled by Music Broadcast Ltd, reflects the company’s focus on building a future-ready organization rooted in creativity, collaboration, and local market relevance. As India’s audio entertainment landscape evolves, Radio City’s leadership revamp positions it to capture emerging opportunities across both traditional and digital ecosystems.

Under the restructured model, several key leaders will assume expanded responsibilities across high-impact markets — signalling a concerted push to deepen Radio City’s footprint nationwide.

Alok Saxena: Head of Sales (North, East, Rajasthan, UP & Government)

Alok Saxena will now lead sales operations across Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Eastern markets, and the Government vertical. With years of experience in driving large-scale revenue strategies, Saxena’s appointment underscores Radio City’s commitment to reinforcing its presence in the Hindi-speaking belt and the government advertising segment.

Vinodan P: Head of Sales (South, Gujarat & Maharashtra)

Already helming the southern markets, Vinodan P will now also oversee Gujarat and Rest of Maharashtra (ROM), regions that contribute significantly to Radio City’s growth story. His expertise in building regional engagement strategies is expected to drive stronger advertiser partnerships and audience connect.

Mahendra Menezes: Head of Sales (Mumbai & MP)

Mahendra Menezes steps into leadership of Mumbai and Indore—two key commercial hubs in Radio City’s network. His role will focus on amplifying client relationships, fostering creative collaborations, and scaling revenue in these high-potential regions.

Lochan Kothari: Vice President & Head of Marketing

Lochan Kothari takes charge of brand strategy, consumer engagement, and multi-platform marketing as the Vice President and Head of Marketing. Known for his strategic thinking and data-driven creativity, Kothari is tasked with strengthening Radio City’s brand identity and deepening audience engagement across India’s diverse listener base.
