22feet Tribal Worldwide has announced two key leadership appointments, welcoming back Anvita Arora as Vice President & Head of Mumbai and Shyam Nair as Executive Creative Director. Both leaders return to the agency after impactful stints across leading creative networks, bringing with them renewed perspectives and a shared ambition to drive the next phase of the agencyโs growth.

Together, Arora and Nair boast over three decades of combined experience across brand-building, storytelling, strategy, and creative innovation. Their return marks not just a homecoming but also a strategic move to strengthen 22feet Tribal Worldwideโs creative and strategic leadership.
Aroraโs career spans senior roles across Yahoo, Ogilvy, Supari Studios, Kulfi Collective, and most recently, Creativeland Asia, where she sharpened her expertise in digital, content, and strategy. Nair, on the other hand, has held leadership positions at VML, Lowe, and Creativeland Asia, spearheading acclaimed campaigns for marquee brands including Disney Star, Netflix, and Spotify.
Commenting on the appointments, Vanaja Pillai, President, 22feet Tribal Worldwide, said: โOver the past few years, weโve witnessed tremendous growth while partnering with ambitious brands that constantly push us to raise the bar. Welcoming Anvita and Shyam back is about more than familiar facesโitโs about the trust, energy, and shared history they bring with them. Their return is a testament to the culture weโve built and the exciting journey ahead for our clients and teams.โ
Sharing her vision for the new role, Anvita Arora said: โIโve always had a soft spot for 22feet Tribal WWโthe people are sharp, the culture is electric, and the work has real bite. My focus is clear: grow the business, expand our brand partnerships, and build teams that thrive on collaboration and ideas. What makes 22feet unique is its ability to stay proudly digital while thinking like a true brand builder. My goal is to push that legacy further by creating work that resonates deeplyโwork that clients back and audiences actually feel.โ
Echoing this sentiment, Shyam Nair added: โAt 22feet Tribal WW, I see the opportunity to do more than make adsโwe can craft stories that earn attention, move culture, and outlive the brief. With the talent, the brands, and the ambition we have, we can create work built for the medium, not just the media plan. The best advertising doesnโt feel like advertising; it feels like something worth sharing, and thatโs the standard I want us to set.โ
These appointments signal a decisive step in strengthening 22feet Tribal Worldwideโs leadership bench as the agency continues to deliver bold, culturally resonant, and impactful work for its clients.
