INFOPARK PHASE 3 TO BUILD AI-NATIVE, SUSTAINABLE CITY IN KOCHI

Infopark Phase 3 in Kochi will transform Kerala’s IT sector with a pioneering AI-Native City spanning 300+ acres. Developed through land pooling with GCDA, the project emphasizes sustainability—carbon-negative, water-positive, and zero-waste—while offering inclusive, secure, and connected infrastructure, reinforcing Kochi’s vision of intelligent, resilient, and eco-conscious urban growth.  

Kochi is poised to take a bold leap into the future with the announcement of Infopark Phase 3, a landmark development that promises to redefine the city’s IT landscape. Envisioned as India’s first AI-Native City, the project will seamlessly integrate cutting-edge technology with sustainability, setting new benchmarks for eco-conscious urban growth.  

Spread across more than 300 acres in Ernakulam district, Infopark Phase 3 is being developed through a land pooling method in collaboration with the Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA). This innovative approach not only ensures efficient land use but also reflects the region’s commitment to inclusive and participatory development.
