GULF OIL AND MAHINDRA TRACTORS DEEPEN DECADE-LONG ALLIANCE WITH MULTI-YEAR AGREEMENT RENEWAL

Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd. (GOLIL), one of the countryโ€™s fastest-growing lubricant players, has renewed its long-standing alliance with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (Farm Equipment Business โ€“ Mahindra Tractors Division) through a new multi-year strategic agreement announced yesterday.

The renewal further strengthens a partnership that has evolved and expanded over more than a decade, underscoring shared commitment, sustained collaboration, and future-focused growth.

The agreement was formalized byย Mr. R. Veeraraghavan, Senior Vice President โ€“ SSU, Mahindraโ€“Farm Tractor Division, andย Mr. Ravi Chawla, Managing Director & CEO, Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited, at a ceremony in Mumbai.

This multi-year renewal- the longest in the journey so far, reflects the deep trust and shared vision between the two organizations. With this agreement, Gulf Oil will hold the largest share of business for the duration of the partnership.

The renewal reinforces a strategic alliance that began in 2011 with a co-branded initiative alongside Mahindra Automotive and expanded into the Tractors Division in 2014. Over the past 12 years, the partnership has evolved into one of Gulf Oilโ€™s most enduring OEM relationships, built on trust, reliable product performance, excellent service, and a shared focus on innovation and market growth.
