FCB Expands Creative Vision, Appoints Manoj Pandey as National Creative Director

FCB Neo has announced the appointment of Manoj Pandey as its new National Creative Director, a move that underscores the agency’s commitment to elevating creative excellence and thought leadership across its network. Pandey, who will be based in Delhi, brings with him nearly two decades of multifaceted experience as a creative leader, writer, and storyteller.

With over 19 years in advertising and communication, Pandey has cultivated a career that bridges mainstream brand-building with the world of arts and culture. His portfolio reflects both range and depth—spanning advertising campaigns, literary contributions, and interdisciplinary art projects.

Throughout his career, Pandey has worked with some of the most respected brands globally, shaping narratives for Nike, Incredible India, Unilever, and Coca-Cola, among others. His campaigns are recognized for their ability to combine sharp strategy with bold creativity, inspiring both consumers and peers alike.

Beyond the world of advertising, Pandey’s work has transcended boundaries and found space on some of the world’s most prestigious stages and platforms. His creative output has been featured in The Guardian, BBC, CNN, World Economic Forum, and Design Indaba, as well as celebrated within the industry at forums like the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. His projects have also been exhibited in iconic cultural institutions such as the Tate Modern, MoMA PS1, and Motherland.

In his new role at FCB Neo, Pandey will be tasked with leading national creative direction, shaping the agency’s creative vision, and mentoring teams to push boundaries of storytelling for today’s dynamic, multi-platform world. His appointment is seen as a strategic step in FCB’s ongoing mission to blend creativity with impact and to build campaigns that resonate both locally and globally.

Welcoming Pandey to the table, Mayuresh Dubhashi, Chief Creative Officer, FCB Neo, said: “At Neo, we’re focused on creating mutant work—ideas that are adaptive, boundaryless, and born where creativity meets culture and technology. Manoj brings with him a rare versatility, blending storytelling with experimentation and new-age thinking. His energy and perspective will be invaluable as we push the limits of creativity and shape work that not only builds brands but also moves culture forward.”

On taking up the new role, Pandey said: “Super kicked about my innings at FCB Neo. Especially with Dheeraj, Ashima, and Mayuresh at the helm. There is the best of people, brands, and creativity at Neo, which makes it the right time for me to have joined and to soar with my team, clients, and the organisation.”
