
BharatPe has tapped seasoned technologist Ajit Kumar as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), signaling a renewed push toward deep tech innovation and platform scalability in Indiaโs bustling fintech scene.
Armed with nearly two decades of experience building and scaling digital ecosystems, Kumar steps into the role after stints at Paytm, where he served as Senior Vice President โ Engineering, as well as leadership positions at Snapdeal (Shopo), Times Internet, and SAP Labs.
At BharatPe, Kumar will be at the helm of its technology strategy, driving product excellence across payments and lending platforms, while ensuring the brandโs infrastructure is ready for the next phase of high-speed growth.
