Based in Bengaluru, Sharma will drive brand strategy and global growth across Asia-Pacific. With over 31 years of experience, he joins from DDB Singapore, bringing expertise in behavioural science, technology, and brand building.

WolfzHowl, the behavioural strategy consultancy known for blending human insights with strategic innovation, has announced the appointment of Eswara VAN Sharma as Consulting Director – #StraTech and Brand Orchestration (India & ASEAN). This marks a significant leadership addition as the company strengthens its global footprint and prepares for its next phase of expansion.
Based in Bengaluru, Sharma will oversee brand relationships, client success, and the orchestration of WolfzHowl’s signature approach to behavioural strategy and technological integration. He will also play a pivotal role in driving business growth in Australia and Southeast Asia, collaborating closely with Waheed Bidiwale and Jean Paul.
With over three decades of experience, Sharma brings an impressive portfolio of leadership roles across markets and disciplines. His most recent stint was as Regional Business Director at DDB Singapore, where he led regional brand strategy and client development. His earlier experience includes roles at Leo Burnett Malaysia, Digital Nasional Berhad, and NVIDIA India, building a unique perspective at the intersection of creativity, technology, and behavioural insights.
