Japanese global retailer UNIQLO has announced the official apparel for the Swedish national team, set to be worn at the prestigious global sporting event in Italy in 2026. This collaboration marks the fourth consecutive major tournament since the partnership began in January 2019, reaffirming UNIQLO’s role as a trusted apparel partner for Sweden’s athletes on the world stage.

“This LifeWear collection, designed under the concept of ‘Grace. Strength. Unity.’, will feature high functionality and comfort to withstand temperature fluctuations across multiple host cities, as well as a simple, beautiful, and sophisticated design inspired by Swedish culture, to support the athletes’ performance and unity,” the brand said in a release.
The collaboration between the Swedish Olympic and Paralympic Committee and UNIQLO has now entered its seventh year, a testament to the enduring strength of the partnership. For the latest collection, UNIQLO has taken its craftsmanship a step further — refining materials for superior performance and comfort, and fine-tuning the fit down to the millimeter. Every detail has been perfected through rigorous monitor testing and direct feedback from athletes, ensuring apparel that meets the highest standards of functionality and style on the global stage.
Sustainability is also a focus for the collection. The company has expanded the use of recycled materials, introduced new origin disclosure methods, and plans to collect and reuse uniforms after the event as part of its product development efforts.
“We are delighted to have provided official apparel for the Swedish national team for four consecutive Games and to be able to support them through the power of clothing,” said Tadashi Yanai, Chairman, President & CEO of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd.
“We are also deeply grateful for our long-standing partnership with the Swedish Olympic and Paralympic Committees, which has enabled us to not only support the team at the Games, but to continue working together on initiatives to nurture the next generation. We look forward to seeing athletes wearing UNIQLO achieve brilliant results on the world stage in 2026.”
