WPP has unveiled a series of senior leadership appointments across its global network. Devika Bulchandani has been named Chief Operating Officer of WPP, Laurent Ezekiel takes on the role of Global CEO of Ogilvy Group, and Floriane Tripolino has been appointed CEO of WPP Open X, the bespoke agency team dedicated to The Coca-Cola Company.

In her new role as COO, Bulchandani will focus on commercializing WPP’s services and solutions to drive growth for clients worldwide. During her tenure as Global CEO of Ogilvy, she has modernized the network’s capabilities, expanded its client base, and elevated its creative and effectiveness performance. Under her leadership, Ogilvy became the first agency network to rank simultaneously as the Most Creative and the Most Effective in the world for three consecutive years (2023–2025) on WARC’s Creative 100 and Effective 100 rankings.
“These appointments underscore WPP’s commitment to delivering unparalleled value and innovation. Devika’s deep obsession with helping our clients grow and win, will help us accelerate our growth across the entire WPP landscape,” said Cindy Rose, CEO of WPP.
“Laurent’s close, successful partnership with The Coca Cola Company and creation of WPP Open X gives him valuable insight and experience to help navigate the needs of our largest clients, many of which are housed in Ogilvy. These leaders embody the strategic vision and creative excellence that define WPP. Their collective expertise will play a crucial part in helping me drive WPP to our next phase of growth and ensuring our clients continue to win in a rapidly evolving market.”
Ezekiel will now lead Ogilvy Group’s global business, covering advertising, PR, social and influence, customer engagement, consulting, and health. The group includes agencies such as DAVID, INGO, NCA, Thjnk, and Village Marketing, along with Grey, which joined the Ogilvy network in May 2025.
Most recently, he served as CEO of WPP Open X for The Coca-Cola Company after securing the company’s global marketing agency partnership in 2021. Under his leadership, WPP Open X developed solutions, including Studio X, and brought together multiple disciplines across WPP’s network to support Coca-Cola’s marketing transformation. The partnership spans more than 200 brands in 195 countries.
Tripolino, who now leads WPP Open X, will continue to scale initiatives such as Studio X and expand the use of data and AI in consumer engagement. Her appointment follows the renewal of WPP’s global marketing partnership with Coca-Cola in May 2025.
In her previous role managing the Nestlé account, Tripolino expanded WPP’s media footprint, supported the adoption of WPP Open capabilities, and positioned WPP as Nestlé’s largest marketing services partner.
