Dentsu Creative Isobar has announced the appointment of Dhruv Tiwari and Zubin Jauhari as Group Executive Creative Directors, a move that underscores the agency’s ambition to deliver work that is culturally resonant, commercially impactful, and creatively bold.

Both leaders will report to Abhijat Bharadwaj, Chief Creative Officer, Dentsu Creative Isobar, and will be responsible for steering the agency’s creative vision across its expanding portfolio of brands. Their mandate is to craft storytelling that bridges modern aspirations with Bharat’s traditions and cultural vibrancy—campaigns that move people while moving business.
Dhruv Tiwari joins from DDB Mudra, where he transformed the North office into a hub of creative excellence. His body of work spans some of India’s most iconic campaigns for McDonald’s, Royal Enfield, Kent RO, and DLF Mall of India. Recognized at Adfest, The Abbys, and Kyoorius, Tiwari has built a reputation for blending innovation with cultural impact, creating narratives that resonate deeply with audiences while driving measurable business results.
Zubin Jauhari returns to dentsu with a decade of pathbreaking work that has redefined how brands connect with culture. His portfolio includes internet sensations and breakthrough campaigns for Swiggy, Flipkart, Airtel, ITC, Google, and Facebook, as well as playing a pivotal role in building Ola Electric into India’s No. 1 EV brand. His creative leadership has been recognized with Cannes Lions, a Spikes Asia Grand Prix, and the coveted Kyoorius Black Elephant. Known for fusing strategy with storytelling, Jauhari continues to shape the narrative of contemporary Indian creativity.
