This unit brings together the company’s technology transformation, commerce, customer experience (CX), and consulting capabilities—powered by WPP Open’s AI-driven operating system. Geheb will continue to report directly to Jon Cook, Global CEO of VML.

Since the formation of VML, the division has onboarded over 150 new clients, now contributing a substantial 40% of the company’s global business. VML Enterprise Solutions boasts a team of more than 10,000 specialists across 40+ global offices, delivering transformative outcomes for industry giants including Ford, Google, IKEA, The Coca-Cola Company, T-Mobile, Sherwin-Williams, Sainsbury’s, and United Rentals.
