Renowned advertising professional Tista Sen has officially unveiled her new agency, ‘Tistathinks,’ signaling her return to the creative forefront. Sen, who previously served as National Creative Director & Senior Vice President at J. Walter Thompson India, brings decades of experience and a bold vision to this endeavor.
Before establishing Tistathinks, Sen held leadership roles at Ladyfinger, an all-women agency under Rediffusion Brand Solutions, where she served as both CEO and COO. Her new venture will reportedly emphasize sustainability-driven projects and advocate for policies that empower women, aligning her work with pressing social and environmental concerns.
Sen’s career began at Whitelight Productions, where she contributed to over 60 commercials before joining Lowe Lintas as a copywriter. There, she worked on major brands such as Johnson’s Baby, Stayfree, Cadbury Eclairs, Cadbury Five Star, and Oberoi Hotels, building a reputation for insightful storytelling.
Her 15-year tenure at JWT was marked by a series of iconic campaigns for global and domestic brands, including GlaxoSmithKline, ITC, Unilever, and Godrej. With Tistathinks, Sen aims to channel her creative prowess into impactful, purpose-driven campaigns that inspire change and foster inclusivity.
