Tata Digital has named Sheran Mehra as their Chief Brand Officer to lend strategic direction to brand, design, content, and UX/UI. Mehra will report to CEO Pratik Pal.
Prior to joining Tata Digital, Mehra was Executive Director at DBS, a Singaporean multinational banking and financial services corporation, where she headed strategic marketing. At DBS, she also drove the marketing launch of Digibank while leading several campaigns, such as ‘Chilli Paneer’, ‘Portraits of Purpose’ (PoP) and ‘Action against Cyber Thefts’ (ACT).
In a two-decade long career, Mehra, who is also an avid long-distance runner, has also worked with Club Mahindra Holidays, Barclays, and HSBC.
Mehra has also put in time in advertising, having worked with Ogilvy and SSC&B Lintas, where she managed brands such as Unilever, Kimberley Clark, and Pfizer.Mehra’s core expertise lies in mining consumer insights, customer life cycle management, innovative communication, and crisis management.
