Publicis Groupe is taking its boutique agency network, LePub, to a global stage, beginning with its debut in the U.S. LePub, which already operates in cities like Amsterdam, Johannesburg, Milan, Mexico City, Rome, São Paulo, and Singapore, will establish its first U.S. hub in New York. Further expansions are planned for Bogota, Dubai, and London, slated to launch in 2025.

LePub New York Set to Launch with Barilla and Heineken as Founding Clients. LePub, the boutique agency network under Publicis Groupe, is gearing up to open its first U.S. office in New York on January 1. With Barilla and Heineken as its founding clients, the agency is poised to make a strong debut, led by an experienced management team reporting to LePub Global CEO Bruno Bertelli and Publicis Creative U.S. CEO Susie Nam.
Lea Mastroberti will helm the New York office as its president. Mastroberti brings extensive leadership experience, having served as head of account management at Accenture Song and holding a previous role at Droga5.
Katy Alonzo, currently chief strategy officer (CSO) at Publicis sibling agency Le Truc, will take on dual responsibilities as CSO of LePub New York. Alonzo, who joined Le Truc in September, will contribute her strategic expertise to the new venture.
Cecilia Diaz, joining as head of strategy, comes from her position as group strategy director at Anomaly, where she oversaw strategy for Diageo’s portfolio of brands.
Publicis has also announced plans to reveal additional leadership appointments for LePub’s New York office in the coming weeks, underscoring its commitment to building a world-class team.
Since its debut in November 2020, LePub has built an impressive client roster, including global brands such as Barilla, Bottega Veneta, Diesel, Heineken, Philips, Tecate, Tiger, and Toblerone. With the launch of its New York hub, LePub aims to further its creative excellence and innovation in the U.S. market, strengthening its position as a global agency network.
Its offerings include tech-based innovation division LeGarage.
