Publicis Groupe has announced the promotion of Brian Ng to the position of Chief Experience Officer of Publicis Communications China, while retaining his role as Chief Strategy Officer of Digitas and Sapient China. Ng will report directly to Arto Hampartsoumian, Managing Partner and Executive Chairman of Publicis Groupe China.
Ng will be responsible for driving the digital strategy offering and digital marketing for creative agencies under Publicis Groupe, designing integrated client’s customer experience across touch points and digital-first marketing techniques in several aspects, including digital ecosystem planning, CRM, digital transformation, and social media. Meanwhile, Ng will continue to lead Digitas and Sapient China’s digital strategy, manage end-to-end planning from content to user experience.

Ng boasts over 18 years in brand experience as well as digital and marketing strategy. He is an expert in integrating his knowledge with digital techniques to achieve best practical results in digital user experience. Ng joined Publicis Groupe China in 2016 and has been leading the Groupe’s strategy team to provide clients with integrated marketing, digitalization, and social media strategies. He brought new digital marketing experience to Publicis Groupe through global social, B2B demand generation and smart retail. He drives the strategy work for the flagship clients such as Huawei global, HONOR global, Genesis, Tiktok, Mondelez and Universal Studio Beijing. He also leveraged digital experience strategy and cross-functional teams to serve key clients with Power of One strategy. The cases he led has won many important local and international awards in the industry, including Cannes, Spikes Asia, Effie Awards and ROI Awards.
