VML Appoints Paul Randall as First-Ever Chief Delivery Officer for North America to Drive Scalable and Efficient Client Solutions.

VML has announced the appointment of Paul Randall as its inaugural Chief Delivery Officer for North America, a newly created role designed to enhance the agency’s Program Delivery Organization (PDO)—a vital function overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle. His appointment comes at a pivotal moment as brands demand more sophisticated, integrated, and globally scalable marketing solutions across brand, commerce, technology, innovation, and customer experience.
Randall joins VML from R/GA, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in delivering high-quality, large-scale client solutions with efficiency and precision. As Chief Delivery Officer, he will focus on optimizing delivery models, strengthening client partnerships, and streamlining processes to ensure seamless execution across VML’s North American client portfolio. His leadership will be particularly instrumental for clients undergoing major organizational transformation, as well as those leveraging VML’s Customer Experience and Enterprise Solutions—two key pillars that have been central to the agency’s 29 new client wins and significant organic growth over the past year.
Leading a 400-person team of project delivery and project management experts, Randall will be responsible for refining best practices, fostering operational excellence, and enhancing collaboration between clients and cross-functional teams. His focus will be on maximizing efficiency, delivering exceptional creative and digital work at scale, and driving measurable business impact.
In his new role, Randall will report to Jen McDonald, Chief Client Officer, Americas at VML, as the agency continues to expand its best-in-class delivery capabilities to meet the evolving needs of today’s global brands.

Randall brings over two decades of expertise in driving agency operations, leading large-scale program delivery, and spearheading customer experience (CX) transformations for a diverse portfolio of global brands.
Before joining VML, Randall served as Product & Experience Program Lead at R/GA, where he was responsible for overseeing global delivery operations for major clients like Google. Prior to that, he spent a decade at Huge, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing delivery workflows, refining processes, and enhancing scoping efficiency across multiple offices and cross-functional teams.
His career also includes leadership roles at Ogilvy One UK and LBI UK, where he helped agencies scale their delivery models while ensuring seamless collaboration between strategy, creative, and technology teams. Over the years, he has worked with a prestigious roster of clients, including United Airlines, McDonald’s, Northern Trust, CNN, Turner, UPS, Volkswagen, Lilly, Diageo, Turkish Airlines, Unilever, and American Express.
