Conceptualized by Nash8, this campaign positions NoBroker as a “super app” for all property needs, empowering homebuyers to take control of their journey and become the hero of their own home.
The campaign’s dynamic, story-driven film showcases how seamlessly the NoBroker app supports a customer’s entire real estate journey—from buying a home to managing various essential services. Traditionally, after purchasing a property, buyers are faced with the complexity of organizing legal verifications, securing home loans, handling interior work, planning renovations, and coordinating moving services. These tasks often involve dealing with multiple vendors, adding stress to the process. In the ad film, however, a new homeowner is shown effortlessly managing both purchase and post-purchase tasks with NoBroker’s suite of services—all in one app. With just a few clicks, the buyer feels empowered and transformed into the hero of their own home.
With a total budget of 5 Crores, the ad film was released on November 5th, 2024, across digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and OTT platforms such as SonyLiv, Hotstar, SunNXT, Samsung TV Plus, and more.
