NIVEA India Names Siddhartha Juneja as Director of E-Commerce

NIVEA India has announced the appointment of Siddhartha Juneja as its new E-Commerce Director, effective January 2, 2025. In this pivotal role, Juneja will spearhead NIVEA’s e-commerce initiatives, focusing on enhancing digital capabilities, driving online growth, and strengthening the brand’s connection with its rapidly expanding digital consumer base. His efforts will center on capitalizing on emerging opportunities in the online skincare market while delivering innovative solutions to meet evolving consumer needs.

Bringing over 15 years of expertise in FMCG and retail, Juneja has an impressive track record of driving e-commerce growth, sales, and marketing. His career includes leadership roles at Mondelez, Flipkart, and Kellogg’s, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to scale businesses and deliver sustainable growth.

At Mondelez, Juneja served as the Head of Omni Channel, where he successfully scaled e-commerce and modern trade capabilities by leveraging data analytics, optimizing content and assortment strategies, and driving performance-focused activation and media campaigns. His initiatives delivered significant commercial success and established sustainable growth across channels.

During his tenure at Flipkart, Juneja played a pivotal role in shaping the Grocery Business Unit strategy, focusing on pricing, assortment, merchandising, and performance marketing. These efforts contributed to Flipkart’s strong foothold in the competitive grocery segment.

With this appointment, NIVEA India aims to strengthen its position as a leading player in the online skincare market, leveraging Juneja’s extensive experience and strategic vision to accelerate its digital transformation and achieve robust growth in the e-commerce space.
