The appointment strengthens Schaefflerโs leadership bench amid a period of accelerating transformation in key Asia Pacific markets.
Fiedler has been part of Schaefflerโs leadership fabric for more than a decade. Having joined the company in 2012, he progressed through roles that spanned financial governance and international business management. His trajectory included serving as Head of External Reporting for Schaeffler Group, followed by a stint as Chief Financial Officer for Schaeffler Mexico, before taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer for the Asia Pacific region.
