WPP has announced the appointment of LJ Louis to the newly created role of Global Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer, based in New York and reporting to WPP Chief People Officer Jennifer Remling. LJ begins the new role today.
Named by Comparably as one of 50 Impactful DE&I Leaders Driving Change, LJ brings a wealth of experience to WPP having led talent acquisition and inclusion efforts at some of the world’s best-known companies. She joins WPP from WeWork where she held a similar role and led global teams responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience and recognition, talent operations and employer brand. Prior to WeWork, LJ was Vice President, Head of Global Leadership Talent at L Brands, where she was recruited to establish and lead the company’s efforts to recruit executive, leadership-level talent.
