Nestle Brazil has announced the continuation of its partnership with Landor & Fitch, taking the wonderland experience online and allowing customers to ‘Have a Break, Have a KitKat’ wherever they are. The collaboration is the result of the award wining success of the KitKat Chocolatory Sao Paulo flagship launch in 2019.
The immersive KitKat ecommerce experience, designed and developed by Landor & Fitch, celebrates personalisation and community, enabling visitors to express themselves through the customisation of products and gifts, as well as the opportunity to join The Break Society.
Replicating the hero signature experiences from the flagship store, fans can enjoy a range of activities. These include: browsing through the iconic pick n’ mix, uploading photos and printing them on KitKat chocolate bars, and having personalised messages laser-etched on metal tin packaging – all while seamlessly integrating with KitKat Brazil’s social media accounts for optimum shareability.
Enabled through the use of WebGL technology, KitKatchocolatory.com.br became the first Brazilian ecommerce “digital flagship”, delivering the ultimate omnichannel break experience for KitKat Brazil. The design, based on the theme of a “KitKat Chocolatory Wonderland”, offers a range of features to encourage play and exploration.
Breakthroughs in service design have also enabled a number of omnichannel features to be incorporated, including ‘Multi-Stock’ – which identifies the nearest physical store to carry out the delivery – ‘Click & Collect’, and a two-hour express delivery option.
