Jio Studios Reveals New Logo, Celebrating Cultural Storytelling and Expanding Global Influence

This Diwali, Jio Studios—the entertainment division of Reliance Industries—introduced a dynamic new animated logo alongside the release of Singham Again, highlighting its commitment to powerful and culturally rich storytelling. Since its launch in 2018, Jio Studios has established a unique presence within India’s fast-evolving entertainment landscape, producing over 100 films and series that celebrate the depth and diversity of Indian culture.

2024 has marked a standout year for the studio, driven by both critical acclaim and commercial triumphs like Article 370, Shaitaan, and the record-breaking Stree 2, which have resonated with audiences in both domestic and international markets.

With Singham Again achieving the second-largest box office opening of the year, and Laapata Ladies selected as India’s official Oscar entry, Jio Studios has delivered a remarkable 100% success rate across its 2024 slate.

The new animated logo tells a story in itself, beginning with a single spark emerging from a glowing sphere symbolizing Jio—a spark that transforms into radiant “pixie dust” and blooms into a vibrant mandala, symbolizing an ideal universe. Moving mandala dials reflect India’s rich linguistic and musical heritage, weaving together into a golden lotus. This lotus unfolds to reveal an intricate mandala encasing all these elements, with Jio at the center. The final crescendo is marked by the Jio Studios logo, set against the resonant sound of a sitar.

Every detail of the new logo encapsulates Jio Studios’ mission: Make in India, Show the World.
