Forsman & Bodenfors, a renowned global creative agency within the Stagwell (STGW) network, has appointed James Denton-Clark as its new Global CEO. Denton-Clark brings with him a wealth of leadership experience from his previous role as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi, where he successfully guided the agency through transformative growth and delivered innovative solutions for high-profile clients.
In his new role at Forsman & Bodenfors, Denton-Clark will collaborate closely with the agency’s leadership teams to drive its global expansion strategy. He will oversee operations across Forsman & Bodenfors’ eight offices in six countries, which include key locations such as Forsman & Bodenfors Singapore. His appointment comes at a pivotal time, as the agency looks to strengthen its presence in the global market while maintaining its reputation for cutting-edge creativity and client-driven innovation.

Denton-Clark’s vast expertise in building dynamic, future-forward agencies will be instrumental in ensuring that Forsman & Bodenfors continues to push the boundaries of creativity while expanding its international footprint and client portfolio.

With over 25 years of experience in the advertising and creative industries, Denton-Clark was a partner and latterly CEO at Karmarama, part of the team that sold the agency to Accenture in 2016. He also led transformational marketing for brands and topline growth across the newly merged Accenture Song. Prior to this, Denton-Clark held roles at BMB, BMP DDB and Bates Dorland.
