Havas Media Group, the media division of the global marketing and communications group Havas, has announced the appointment Carolyn Keegan as Ad Operations Director. The role will see Keegan focus on ensuring best practice across data and ad operational capabilities for all Havas Media clients.
Working alongside the digital account team and clients, she will lead a team of specialists ensuring high standards around campaign management as well as helping clients understand the value of data as they drive growth.

Caroyln Keegan started off her career journey as Digital Coordinator at Digital Chameleon Learning, later moved to Nine, where she spent two years as team lead – campaign operations, responsible for premium campaigns and performance activity via 9Optimum. She previously worked as senior campaign manager at Mamamia and, in an earlier stint at Nine, in roles spanning advertising sales, campaigns, audience and programmatic and technical operations. At Nine, she managed a team of Campaign Managers & Ad Operations Executives and was responsible for premium handheld campaigns as well as performance activity via 9Optimum.She was also responsible for improving productivity by eliminating non-value-add activities and minimizing team error rate. She strived towards delivery of key business priorities and complex technical projects such as platform migrations and worked closely with inter-departmental peers on product roll outs and business priorities.
