Achin, a seasoned healthcare professional with over two decades of experience, has played a central role in driving Cipla’s growth and transformation. As the current Global Chief Operating Officer, he has overseen a global commercial portfolio exceeding USD 3 billion, steering initiatives that deliver operational excellence, digital transformation, and patient-centric innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in accelerating revenue growth, enhancing market share, and fostering a culture of agility and performance.
Prior to joining Cipla, Achin held leadership roles at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where he spearheaded business expansion across Europe, LATAM, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region, transforming the company into a diversified branded and OTC business. His earlier career at Abbott Laboratories provided a strong foundation in global business strategy and operational excellence.
