Cheil Indonesia has named Jackie W.K. Jeong as its new Head of Retail and Campaign, leveraging his extensive global experience to strengthen the agency’s offerings in Indonesia. With 18 years of expertise in retail strategy and integrated brand experiences, Jeong has worked across Europe, North and South America, and the Middle East, leading high-impact projects for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Jeong has played a pivotal role in flagship retail rollouts for Samsung in London and Stockholm and was instrumental in developing Hyundai Motor’s award-winning brand exhibition center in Korea, recognized with Red Dot and iF design accolades. His portfolio also includes spearheading omni-channel campaigns for Samsung’s Galaxy series and Bespoke appliances, seamlessly integrating retail, digital, and experiential marketing.
Beyond consumer-focused initiatives, Jeong has also led B2B enterprise solutions spanning Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Entertainment, and Government sectors. His leadership background includes executive positions at Cheil Worldwide, CJ ENM’s CJ LiveCity, and the Jeju Forum, making him a valuable addition to Cheil Indonesia’s leadership team.
