Coach has appointed Arjoon Bose as Vice President of Marketing for EMEA & India. Bose previously served as Global Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at Bel, where he led brand and digital transformation. His move is expected to strengthen Coach’s regional marketing strategy, cultural relevance, and consumer growth across key markets.

Arjoon Bose has been appointed Vice President of Marketing for EMEA & India at Coach, marking a significant addition to the luxury fashion house’s regional leadership ranks. The appointment brings an experienced global marketer into the brand’s fold at a time when Coach continues to sharpen its strategy across key international markets and reasserts the strength of its lifestyle positioning.

Bose joins Coach from Bel, where he most recently served as Global Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, leading brand building, digital transformation, and consumer growth efforts across a major international portfolio. His tenure at Bel was noted for driving culturally resonant campaigns and accelerating the company’s shift toward future-facing marketing disciplines, as well as strengthening its engagement with younger audiences. Before that, Bose has held senior brand, creative and innovation roles across consumer goods and media environments, building a reputation for cross-cultural marketing leadership.

His move to Coach is being viewed as both timely and strategic. The fashion industry has seen marked dynamism in Europe, the Middle East, and India, with luxury consumption evolving and the definition of aspiration widening beyond heritage products to lifestyle experiences. Coach, under the Tapestry umbrella, has been investing in both modern brand storytelling and digital ecosystem expansion, including elevated retail formats, omnichannel platforms, and influencer-driven brand communities.

As VP Marketing for the region, Bose is expected to deepen Coach’s consumer relevance, expand its cultural footprint, and help scale brand heat across key growth territories. The appointment underscores Coach’s ambition to blend creative expression, digital fluency, and commercial strategy as it competes in an increasingly fast-paced global luxury market.
