Anika Malik Wadhera Joins The Good Glamm Group as Group Director, Marketing

The Good Glamm Group, India’s leading content-to-commerce conglomerate, has announced the appointment of Anika Malik Wadhera as its Group Director, Marketing. In her new role, Wadhera will oversee the marketing initiatives across the group’s diverse portfolio of beauty and personal care brands, driving growth and innovation in a highly competitive industry.

A Seasoned Marketing Leader, Wadhera brings over 12 years of rich experience in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic planning to her new role. Before joining The Good Glamm Group, she served as the Head of Marketing at Sirona Hygiene, a trailblazing company in feminine hygiene products. During her four-year tenure, she played a pivotal role in building Sirona’s brand identity and digital presence, contributing to its exponential growth.

Her leadership at Sirona culminated in a significant milestone earlier this year when The Good Glamm Group acquired Sirona Hygiene for ₹450 crores, marking one of the most prominent acquisitions in the Indian D2C space.

Wadhera’s marketing journey began on the agency side, where she honed her expertise in digital strategy and execution. She held senior positions such as AVP, Digital Strategy at SapientRazorfish and Business Director at Digitas, where she managed high-profile accounts and spearheaded innovative campaigns.

Transitioning to brand-side leadership, Wadhera took on the Head of Marketing role at Guru, where she successfully scaled marketing operations and brand equity. Her transition to Sirona Hygiene allowed her to apply her digital-first approach to a disruptive startup, cementing her reputation as a versatile and result-oriented marketing professional.

The Good Glamm Group, known for its strategic acquisitions and focus on content-driven commerce, has built a robust ecosystem of brands across beauty, personal care, and hygiene. By integrating Sirona Hygiene into its fold, the group has further solidified its position in the wellness and personal care segment.

As Group Director, Marketing, Wadhera is expected to lead initiatives that synergize the group’s diverse brands under a unified marketing strategy while fostering individual brand identities. Her extensive experience in digital-first marketing aligns with The Good Glamm Group’s vision of leveraging technology and content to create compelling consumer experiences.

Commenting on her appointment, industry insiders suggest that Wadhera’s proven track record in scaling brands and her deep understanding of consumer behavior will be instrumental in shaping the next phase of The Good Glamm Group’s growth. With the conglomerate’s ambitious plans for expansion and innovation, her leadership is poised to make a significant impact.

Wadhera’s journey from agency expertise to brand-side leadership exemplifies the evolving landscape of marketing, where digital fluency and strategic vision are paramount. As she steps into her role at The Good Glamm Group, she joins a team committed to redefining how beauty and personal care brands connect with consumers in India and beyond.
