Rediffusion has appointed Adrian Mendonza as a ‘senior national creative resource’. In his new role, Mendonza will oversee the creative responsibilities for Rediffusion’s operations in North India and will specifically handle the BMW account. Previously, he served as the lead creative at RK Swamy BBDO, focusing on the Mercedes-Benz account. This marks his return to Rediffusion after his earlier tenure with the agency from 1996 to 2005.
Sandeep Goyal, chairperson, Rediffusion, said, “Adrian is one of the best copywriters I have worked with – our association goes back almost 30 years now. He has the expertise of a master wordsmith. Plus strategic understanding that is deep and insightful. Adrian has worked at Rediffusion before. It is good to have him on the team again.”
Mendonza said, “Rediffusion is a powerhouse of great creative ideas. I am delighted to be back and look forward to some cutting edge work on our brands.”
“His over 30 years in industry have been spent working on brands like Taj Group of Hotels, Tata Motors, Phillips Audio & Lighting Systems, Colgate, Airtel, Hindustan Petroleum, Citibank, Indian Oil, Maruti Suzuki, Daikin Air Conditioners and to name a few,” the agency said in a release.
He has also worked with Dentsu.
